Student Review: "Who Was Abigail Adams?," by True Kelley

This book was about Abigail's Adams life. She grew up being interested in politics and loved writing letters to people she knew and loved. Her husband traveled everywhere for the war and sometimes her sons. Then, when she and her husband where getting old, her husband, John Adams became the second president of the United States. I really liked this book because it had lots of great facts about Abigail Adams. I would defiantly read this book again!

Abigail Adams was born into a good family. She had three siblings. When she first met John Adams, she did not like him, but over time, she did, and married him. John was gone for several years fighting in the revolutionary war, and traveling to other countries. She had several children, and had one die at childbirth. She went to live in Europe and then returned to London where she died. This was not my favorite book, but it was informative.
