Hidden Figures is about several black female mathematicians that helped win the space race. It is the untold story of Dorthy Vaughn, Mary Jackson, and Kathrine Johnson. This book takes place around the 1930's to the 1960's. This is how these black women started out at NACA, now known as NASA, and fought to be treated equally in the same place as the whites. I liked this book, but I think I like the movie a little more. It is a little hard to read.
