Student Review: "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea," by Jules Verne

20,000 Leagues Under the Sea is about Captain Nemo and professor Pierre Aronnax and how they go on many adventures. The professor and a sailor named Ned are looking for a mysterious creature that is tearing apart ships. One day, the professor and Captain Nemo find the creature and figures out that it is a submarine run by Captain Nemo. They go on many adventures threw the oceans and explore new places. Ned, the sailor, does not like Captain Nemo and makes an escape plan with the professor. Their plan gets postponed several times like by a giant squid and other experiences. Finally, Ned and the professor manage to get of the sub before it sinks into the depths of the ocean. I liked this book because us o all the thrilling adventures that Captain Nemo, Ned, and the professor have!
