Wildfire

Full of non-stop action, this is a hard book to put down! Sam is away at a summer camp when they get word that they need to evacuate due to wildfires in the area. He's about to board the bus and realizes he left his cell phone in his cabin. He takes off to get it, but the smoke thickens and he's unable to get back to the bus. Now he's stranded and has no signal to get help. Soon, he finds an abandoned cabin on an old logging trail and discovers there's an old jeep there. He takes the jeep in hopes of finding his way out of the wildfire, and while on the road, he picks up Delphy, a girl who was also stranded at her summer camp. Their friendship grows strong as they try to outrun the fire and make it back to civilization without getting burned to a crisp!
