Review: "The City of Ghosts," by Victoria Schwab

Since Cassidy almost drowned, she's been able to see spirits. She's in the land of the living but can visit the land of the dead. In fact, her best friend Jacob is the ghost who saved her from drowning. Ironically, her parents are paranormal researchers who have a TV show visiting the most haunted places around the world, but they don't know about Cass's gift. When they travel to Edinburgh, to visit the city of ghosts, Cass and Jacob know it will be dangerous for Cass. She doesn't know how to use her gift in a place so powerful. What will become of Cass when a vicious ghost sets her sights on Cass's lifeline?
