Castle Crenshaw AKA Ghost, knows he can run. When his daddy fired a gun at his mom and him when he was younger, Ghost found out just how fast he can run. Ghost happens upon a track team tryout and inserts himself into the 100m race - and wins. Despite his attitude, Coach offers him a spot on the team. Ghost's mom reluctantly agrees - but only if he stays out of trouble at school. But Ghost isn't great at staying out of trouble. Lucky for him, being on the team gives him the camaraderie he needs to try and stay on the path of righteousness, even when it's really tough!
