Review: "The Secret Hum of a Daisy," by Tracy Holczer

Sweet, sad story of a twelve-year-old girl who loses her carefree mother to an accident and is sent to live with a grandmother she's never met. Grace learns that there is more to her grandmother (and her mother) than she once thought. There is a lot of beautiful poetry and art in this story, and I think it will resonate with many young readers.
